Best Buy FTW?
I think I’ve changed my mind about Best Buy. They’ve announced that they will give a $50 gift card to customers who bought an HD-DVD player before February 23. They’ll also trade-in your HD-DVD player — even if you did not purchase it at Best Buy. They’ll give us $101 for our HD-A35 and the two included movies, if we choose.
$151 is a decent step. And if they’ll do a little better by those customers who *did* buy directly from them and still have a receipt, I’ll definitely consider shopping with them more often.
It is certainly better than the Heisman I got from Toshiba.
